2. Membership & Payment

3. Cancellation

3.1. The Member may cancel his membership at any time.

3.3 The Member agrees that payments made to the Association for services and website access are non-refundable. Additionally, no refunds or credits can be obtained for periods in which the Member has partially used, or for unattended and/or content not accessed.
3.4 In case of cancellation of the half-yearly or yearly membership before the end of the period of the plan contracted by the Member, the amount eventually paid by the Member to the Association for the period not yet used will be refunded by the Association to the Member within 7 working days from the said cancellation request.
